Busy busy busy
It has been way too long since we last posted and its because we have been so busy here at Modernized Investments. It looks like yellow letters really do work. Our phone has been ringing off the hook with sellers wanting to sell their homes fast. We love that we are able to help our community solve these types of problems.
We have also noticed that a lot of sellers want an "instant offer" when they first call us about their property. While we do make offers as soon as possible, we need to do our research to back up these numbers. We certainly do not want to waste anyones time with offers that are not fully researched. Your time is valuable and we understand that. We are currently in the process of writing multiple offers on many promising properties. We have been refining our business systems so we can run more efficiently and do more deals. Each day we continue to educate ourselves and others. That is what it's all about, right?
